Sales Manager, Soccer Events – Dallas, Texas
Anthony Travel currently has an opening for a Sales Manager position to oversee the Disney Created Soccer account. This position will be primarily responsible for supporting both the Disney Senior Sales Managers and Anthony Travel Event Managers in selling and servicing the Disney Created Soccer line of business and other select third party events. Sell and service key clients and guests, handle event inquires via phone and email, input and fulfillment of theme park orders, database management, weekly pacing, outbound cold and warm lead calls, and assist with sales team travel. A strong, focused effort is required to express value and sell teams into Disney Created Soccer tournaments. This position will be responsible for driving incremental event registrations from out of state markets and selling Disney Theme Park Tickets, on-site Disney Resorts, and other Disney Products and Services through designated travel provider Anthony Travel.
Existing relationship and strong network within the soccer industry and youth soccer associations is required. Applicant must present a professional demeanor and exhibit strong communication skills, both written and oral. Building and maintain relationships amongst various clubs, organizations and/or associations is a key focus to this role.

Key leadership position with primary responsibility for overall event business operations within team. Position should focus on the following areas:
- Internal processes
- Training and development of team members
- Identification and implementation of solutions for key customers
- Customer relationship management
Key characteristics that this individual must possess include a strong desire to help people, strategic decision-making ability, organizational abilities, leadership abilities, as well as strong communication and customer service skills. This person must also have the ability to formulate and implement procedures, as well as the ability to teach and lead staff. Proven leadership and management skills are imperative. Focus on details is imperative; familiarity with sports is helpful.
