Event Manager, Collegiate Events - Dallas, Texas

Anthony Travel has an opening for an Event Manger position to oversee Collegiate Events. This position will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of travel for teams and fans to various collegiate events ranging from regular season games to bowl games and the Final Four®. These responsibilities include, but not limited to: event planning & execution, process development, account management, sales & marketing, as well as hotel and transportation negotiations related to our various collegiate events. Key characteristics that this individual must possess include strong organizational, communication and customer service skills. The Collegiate Event Manager role is to provide travel solutions that save the clients time and money, while providing unforgettable travel experiences.

This individual must have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office. This person must also have an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work with a team toward common goals. This person must possess the ability to manage multiple events, projects and other employees. This person should be sports-oriented, demonstrate a desire to learn and grow, and offer ideas and suggestions to streamline processes/events.

Event Manager, International Events - Dallas, Texas

Anthony Travel has an opening for an Event Manger position to oversee International Events in our Dallas Office. This position will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of travel for teams and fans to various international events. These responsibilities include, but not limited to: event travel planning & execution, process development, account management, sales & marketing, as well as hotel and transportation negotiations related to our various international events. Key characteristics that this individual must possess include strong organizational, communication and customer service skills. The International Event Manager role is to provide quality travel solutions, while providing unforgettable travel experiences.

An ideal candidate will have experience in organizing and leading international tours and should be comfortable creating customized travel itineraries for groups. This individual must have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office. This person must also have an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work with a team toward common goals. This person must possess the ability to manage multiple events, projects and other employees. This person should be sports-oriented, demonstrate a desire to learn and grow, and offer ideas and suggestions to streamline processes/events. Prior management experience preferred. World travel experience and multilingual skills a plus.
