Payment Schedule

Package Cancellation Policy

A $100 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made between the time of booking until November 1, 2011.  A $300 cancellation fee applies to trips canceled between November 2, 2011 and January 16, 2012.  A $500 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made between January 17, 2012 and May 16, 2012.  Package cancellations made after May 16, 2012, are non-refundable.  All cancellations must be made in writing to Anthony Travel.

Regrettably, the standard cancellation fees apply for any traveler who is unable to obtain travel documentation (passports and visas if applicable to your particular destination) by the date of travel. It is imperative that all travelers apply for their documents as soon as possible.

Passports
If you have not already applied for your passport or other travel document, please do so immediately to ensure ample time for processing. Every participant must be in possession of the appropriate documentation prior to departure. Regrettably, if a participant is unable to obtain a passport or any applicable visa, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Canadians and other non-U.S. citizens should contact the embassy or consulate of their destination countries as soon as possible for specific entry requirements.

Please note: Non-U.S. citizens may require re-entry documentation to enter the United States after travel abroad.

Travel Insurance
