CONSENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Access to and use of the services of Anthony Travel, Inc. ("Anthony Travel") and our websites is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions ("terms and conditions"). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our Anthony Travel website(s) (the "website"), you indicate your acknowledgment, acceptance, and agreement to be bound by these notices, terms and conditions. If you do not accept all of these terms, then please do not use our services or our websites. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Anthony Travel and you, the customer. No alterations to these terms and conditions may be made by any Anthony Travel employee, authorized representative or agent, unless in writing by an authorized officer of Anthony Travel.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES. It is the customer's responsibility to know and understand the third party travel supplier's ("supplier") and Anthony Travel's cancellation penalties. You may visit the supplier's website to view those policies. The cancellation policies and fees of Anthony Travel are set forth as follows: Anthony Travel is not responsible or liable for any negligent acts or defaults of a supplier or anyone else not under our control. Should you wish to cancel your travel plans, your right to a refund is limited by the supplier's terms and Anthony Travel's policies. In the event you cancel your trip once it has been deposited, there will be a cancellation fee assessed by Anthony Travel in addition to the supplier's cancellation fees. The supplier will credit your credit card account the reimbursable funds due you and Anthony Travel will charge your credit card for the cancellation fee. Your credit card statement reference line may display "Anthony Travel" and may not reflect a description of this fee. Supplier(s) and Anthony Travel may change their cancellation policies at any time. Cancellations are subject to the protection of agency revenue. Anthony Travel reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled if the balance due is not paid on time. As a result of such cancellation, Anthony Travel's and supplier's cancellation penalties will apply, which are detailed in your travel documentation, the supplier's web sites and the www.anthonytravel.com web site. All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for travel services, including cancellation fees, or deducted from the supplier's refund. Anthony Travel reserves the right to charge a change charge. Notwithstanding the foregoing, packages are fully non-refundable from the time of booking. Individual state laws, if any, regarding cancellations and refunds apply.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. When you receive any and all travel documents, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and verify all information. Contact Anthony Travel immediately if changes or corrections are required.

PACKAGES. Full payment is due for all package components (for example, air, hotel, car, event reservations) at time of booking. Packages are fully non-refundable from the time of booking, including but not limited to room reservations. Any modification to a reservation is subject to a $25-$50 fee per change. All cancellations and/or modifications to reservations must be made in writing to Anthony Travel. Group airline policy requires a minimum of 10 passengers per scheduled itinerary to guarantee prices quoted for airline tickets. In the event the minimum number of required passengers is not met, customer will be contacted to make other air arrangements which may result in higher airfare. Since all tickets are non-refundable, cancellation of reservations is required prior to departure in order for airline tickets to retain value.

WEBSITE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. All content on the Anthony Travel website is provided to you on an "as is" "as available" basis without warranty of any kind either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Anthony Travel makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any content available through the website. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. Use of the website and the content available on the website is at your sole risk.

Anthony Travel makes no representations or warranties that use of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for taking all necessary precautions to ensure that any content you may obtain from the website is free of viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthony Travel disclaims any liability, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the website and/or content found herein even if Anthony Travel has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
