Everyone must have a valid passport. All non USA citizens may need to get a
visa but must have a re-entry permit into USA. All of these documents must be
taken one the trip by the passengers.
Cancellation: Up to 90 days prior to departure there is no cancellation
fee. Between 60-90days prior to departure, the cancellation fee is
$100 ; 45-59 days prior, the cancellation fee is $200. Within 45 days,
the entire amount is subject to a cancellation fee. Any refund will
depend upon the resale of hotel, air ticket penalty, etc. In the event
a replacement traveler is found more than 30 days prior, there will
be no change fee if the airline ticket has not been issued. However,
if the ticket has been issued, it is non-refundable.
Responsibility: Anthony Travel, Inc. is acting as an intermediary
in selling services and making bookings and making reservations for
airlines, hotels, land and sea transportation, meals, tours, etc. This
agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract of
any intentional or careless action or omission on the part of such
suppliers, which results in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or
your group members. Anthony Travel is further not responsible for acts of
God, breakdown in machinery, acts of governments, or other authorities,
acts of war whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances,
strikes, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, delays
or cancellations of/or change in itinerary or schedule or for any loss
beyond their control. Anthony Travel is not responsible for any
loss or damage resulting from improper or deficient passports, visas or
other travel documents. Anthony Travel is not liable or responsible for any
additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by the client as
a result if any of the forgoing clauses. The right is reserved to
decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour as
circumstances may demand it. Baggage is carried at the owner?s risk and
baggage insurance is recommended. No refunds for tour portions or unused
services can be made unless agreed to prior to departure of the tour
from the USA. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings
after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and agreement on
your part to convey the contents herein to your traveling companions.
Insurance is advised and available through Anthony Travel, Inc.
and IATA participating carriers are not to be held
responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers
are not on board their carriers or conveyance.

Insurance:is highly recommended by Anthony Travel, Inc.
and available to purchase for individuals or group through Travel
Time Services, Inc.
Deviations: In order to obtain low discounted airfare,
the group must travel together. Should there be any individuals that
would like to deviate the return portion of their trip, Anthony Travel
must be notified in writing no later than , 200 . The airlines will
only allow 10-15% of the group to deviate with up to (3) alternate
return dates.
Late Additions or Changes: Anthony Travel will charge a $75 late
fee after , 200 for any additions, deviations or changes to the group
size, itinerary, etc. All changes must be made in writing to Anthony Travel.
Return Check Fee: Anthony Travel will charge $50 for all returned
checks.
Luggage Allowance and Instruments: Everyone is allowed only
one (1) check-in suitcase, no larger than a standard 27 inch suitcase.
The check-in instruments will go as the 2nd allowed item for all passengers
on flights originating and ending in the USA. The number of check-in
items may not exceed any more than 2 times the number of passengers
flying. Example: 20 persons can check 20 suitcases and 20 pieces of
musical equipment. The choice of items is not decided by the individual
but at the discretion of the director. If a person tries to check-in
two suitcases, one will be left at the airport. The tour buses can
not take more than 1 suitcase per person plus the musical equipment
in their luggage bins. If a stand-up base is being taken, this must
be reported to Anthony Travel, Inc. A stand-up base or more
large- sized instruments would require the use of a trailer with the
bus and an extra cost to the price of the tour. All instrument and
equipment dimensions must be given to Anthony Travel to obtain approval
from the airline. Oversized and excess luggage will result in an additional
fee from the airline. If any instrument or item has to be sent by
Air Cargo, this is the responsibility of the group to pay any fees,
duty, etc. and/or procure the proper required documents for such items
to enter and leave the USA or the country of destination. It is also
the responsibility of the group to obtain any documentation needed
for custom's clearance both in the USA or other destination countries
for all items, especially musical instruments and equipment. Should
you need information about this, call U.S. customs or the Embassy/Consulate
of the destination country.
